We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted local courier services.

1. Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 8 - 12 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your payment clears.

• You will receive a dispatch notification email/SMS with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our hands.

2. Delivery Rates & Estimates

• Standard Door-to-Door Courier: R79 flat rate nationwide.

• Free Shipping: On all orders over R650.

Estimated Transit Times:

• Main Centers (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 8 - 11 business days.

• Regional & Outlying Areas: 10 - 13 business days.

3. Parcel Tracking

Once dispatched, you can track your parcel directly on our courier partner's portal using the tracking number sent to your email or phone.
